Friday Share: Parents and Teens, an Article from B.C.C.

... That is, the Biblical Counseling Coalition. I admit I'm not a parent, but I have spent a lot of time teaching and even working with the younger generation. As such, I realize some of the pitfalls in interacting with them in the midst of their problems. And let's face it, we all have problems; that said, it can be easy for us who are a little older to look at the issues that young adults and teens face and think that they are not all that important.

This article on the other hand, presents us with a way of dealing with this in a much more caring and Biblical way.

Hopefully you'll be able to take something useful from it.

And a note for anyone in that younger generation, I think you'll benefit from this as well. And may I ask on behalf of parents and teachers, for a little grace as we try to navigate doing life together in a God-and-other-honoring way.
